It was a real knuckle scraper again…. I thought I was dead after China totally dropped the ball. But the dice came back on my side when Shin Ji came in to wipe out my allied fleet with his bombers.
As for insight re: how to counter the bombers–just that you have to have a good bid to hold Egypt, then just send loaded carriers into the fray and grab your balls and pray… it worked here, but if the dice went extreme for the BOMBERS it would have been a different story.
Ironically, the dice I got in the big BOMER vs LOADED CARRIERS was about the same as I got against Seth and Dutch in the tourney. 8-)

not much of a game. Germany’s G1 was looking good until sz111 went completely off the charts leaving a fully intact UK fleet. Then Italy basically just threw away it air force and navy. Game was over r1, but we played on until USA stomped on Japan.
