I am not liking the long term rating. I no i’m way down tho rankings but a reset each year gives me a fresh start each year. I’ve been here a very long time. other than some medical problems I have no vanished like others have. i do believe I’ve lost more than anyone here. i’m not sure but I think I’ve also played more than anyone here. I have about double of the post than any one. point is with the ranking now I have a chance of having a good year and moving up. How ever the only problem that I see is I can’t have a chance playing a better player because they don’t want there ranking to go down. Even when they win.
also I noticed that when these top players get 3 games in they stop playing so they’re in the top tourney. I think we all should have a chance playing each other and someone like me have a good dice game and win. not likely but it could happen. Also I pay every year so we can keep this league going. I think we should get points for that. (Just kidding,) Lol. but we need to donate more so we can keep it going. I no servers cost good money.
As far as the ranking system goes. the one thing that bothers me is we can’t all play each other in the league. we should. I mean I pay to play.

@farmboy yeah, but that goes along with (like you said) keeping new players. Would help to make your support donation goal. i don’t think it met last year.
i no i’m not a good player. but i’ve paid for years and i have played maybe 2 games with the top players. wouldn’t mind a couple more just for the experience. would more top players play new players and not so good of players if they were not worried to drop in they’re rankimgs? -

I would rather play the OOB version. its what the league is built on and the reason all of are playing rite. the PTV does not reflect the A&A we’re all used to. not even close to the OOB version for rules. my self i think it should be played in the play boardgame forum not the league. BM3 is close and i play it because thats what everybody wants to play. when i play the OOB version on the board with my friends they are pretty strict with not altering the rules. they also don’t play on the site because its not about the OOB version played all the time. my self i play a lot of different games here and i love this site. just my take on things. i hope i didn’t offend anyone.

@simon-tressel 2 players get the marti dice emails. Witt always gets them. Sometimes 2 players from the same side, it doesn’t matter to us.
See the arrows on the lower right corner of the screen, they let you go to the beginning of the thread postings or the most recent. You can see what the prior G player did on G1 by looking at the history posted on the forum, if the player chose to do so, or else, open the prior game and in the pull down menu in upper left hand corner go to history.sure
