They wouldn’t have much to celebrate after losing to Italy for the first time in a Rugby competition(the 6 Nations) the day before.

Not sure if it is racist, but I certainly don’t dress up like a gnome and jump around drinking black beer.
If Italy has a National day, I don’t know of it and would not celebrate it if I did.
