Problem accessing games
-
@pejon_88 I have had the same issue, I can only keep the game playing through my laptop which at the moment has the login details autosaved. If i try to access through my pc then i get the same problem even though i have changed my password.
So if you receive a solution please post it! :pray: -
Thank you both for your replies. I got here when choosing Report to TripleA:
https://github.com/triplea-game/triplea/issues/11466
Also seems like the recommendation is to install the most recent release of TripleA. Will that not make any current games non-playable since they are started with a previous version?
@gamerman01 @Karl7 @Naviator @GeneralDisarray @Ghostglider note that I am currently experiencing issues accessing our games…

Thank you for confirming the issue and the solution pointed out by me by klicking “Report to TripleA”. :+1:
-
@pejon_88 have you tried a reinstall of the same version?
-
@farmboy I tried that and it didnt work
-
Ok, downloading the latest pre-release solved it for me. I haven’t tried to post yet, but managed to come into the game at least. @wizmark you should try it too!
-
@pejon_88 are you able to access your current games with that download
-
@wizmark I’ll be damned! Not only could I play ongoing games with the new version, but I could also post to Forum which haven’t worked for ages :) :)
One thing I saw though is that when selecting a territory to see defensive units in it, it only selected one country’s units instead of all so I seem to have to add all units manually. Might be a setting but couldn’t find it.

You could have done that with pre-releases “for ages”. It’s just that only a few people care to ask in / read this TripleA support category. :smirk:
However pre-releases might have other issues … so it is always a good idea to install both versions side by side.

@panther Ok thanks Panther :D
