• Al Davis was the guy who loves to bring in people who retire or are well past their prime and repackage them into critical roles on the cheap… because he is one of the most cheapest owners who ever lived. He was the Donald Sterling of Football. I hope his son does not fall in that trap.

  • @barney:

    the broncos a good team?
    ha ha ha!
    now that’s really funny!

They made it to the second round of the playoffs, and that was with a 1930 era QB!

  • Houston

  • Dolphins

  • The most recent inside reporting has that Arizona, Denver and Miami as the teams Manning is choosing from.

Add Titans to the list… Man, I just wish he could get into a team with good receivers. My fantasy team would be complete.

    LOL @ The Dolphins…

My Texans could use Payton for a couple of seasons, and help win it all while Arian Foster is still young.

  • I belive he will go to Denver. Manning has respect for John Elway, more than the bunch of business suits that run Miami. Denver has cap space to sign Dallas Clark, and if needed, more ‘Manning guys.’

I think he will give Tennessee the respectful visit out of his love for the state and it’s history.

You giving up on  Matt Schaub? It’s my thoughts that if he wasn’t injuried, Houston wins their first Championship last season.

Not giving up on him, just want him to spend some time as second string until he is 100%.

  • Hear Titans are offering Manning a contract for life.

Denver wants to see him throw before they make an offer, oh the audacity!

  • Manning goes to Denver.

  • Thankyou. No more Tiebow!!!

Look for Tebow to go to Jacksonville, they need to sell tickets and are located in Florida Gator territory. It’s a no brainer for the team.

I know, I think it’s moronic that he’s going to the Jets. Jacksonville would have a franchise under Tim Tebow. Him and MJD… Quite a ground game. Granted, Jacksonville would need to pick up some nice WR free agents.

  • Pity Denver

Not every good QB becomes Brett Favre or Kurt Warner, who can keep playing past 40.

The hits taken by any NFL player can rapidly age even the best.

Neck injury , out for a whole season.

Sure, Tebow was young, and appears stoutly built, but I would not even have offered him 5 yrs.
I would have only offered the neck injured Manning 5 games to start.  Losing a sturdy backup is a huge gamble for the Denver franchise.

Orton got Denver to 7-1 the year before Tebow, but I guess stability is just not good enough for the mile high fans.

Cutler left and did OK for the Bears.  Maybe the Bears could have kept Orton and went 7-1 that year.

    Pity Chicago
