I remember reading about a balloonist in the 80’s who was trying to circumnavigate the world.
He crossed into soviet airspace over Romania accidentally and was shot down.
But that wasn’t the best part lol… the pilots who shot him down recieved medals for “bravery in the face of extreme danger”

What I like about Gargantua is that he is very funny at times and very serious at times. I can’t handle people that just post dissertation posts-it’s just me. I assume that most of us on this site are very educated and smart. It probably helps that I find Gargantua funny and agree with him on lots of things. I admit it.
That’s the first sign of the fact you are clearly engaged in a conspiracy against me! :P
