It will just be Alpha 3 and that is drastically different. Japan lost 8 Air units remember. Squirecam said something similar, as he too was unfamiliar with Alpha 3.

Well since he is discussing the Global version, I would say he meant the Global setup.
No, I’m talking about the individual games but yes, it applies to Global as well and at first glance, it looks like the new setup matches Alpha 3.whatever.

lame oh well. was really hoping the allies would be fun to play for once. As soon as the pacific connects to europe for a global game, that is it.
Europe alone is about even, pacific alone favors japan, hence global favors axis.
Nothing you can really do about Japan though, you nerf it and japan doesn’t even get to blow up, you buff usa and it makes KJF the dominant strategy.
Was expecting some changes in the europe half.
Maybe a couple more russian inf or something. I’d like -1 inf italy -1 inf berlin. -1 inf greater southern germany.
US now start with major ICs instead of minor ICs.
