I didn’t call the tournament moderator.

I was hoping we could resolve this like adults without crying to anyone.

If you fuck up, you live with the consequences and dice have to stand. We all live and die by this rule. The game began with a mispost on my part. The game file didnt post to the thread so I redid the turn and it posted fine. HOWEVER, people WERE sent dice from my first file, the first dice were ABYSMALLY worse than the second but I had to live with them. We used the first unposted file,

When people agrees something, they agrees. In this situation you’re deciding (unfairly).
Did you notice that with your savefile you rolled 1 more dice than what you had each turn? In every other game in this forum situations like this name a re-roll, because as you want to change the OOL what if I don’t want to retreat my troops? There’s variants to account.
I’m not the only one that believes this is unfair. If you check the game Vance posted, I rerolled on a similar situation a battle that went very well for me, scoring less in the second file. I didn’t complain.

I’m not going to post UK at your conditions, you can ask me to concede though, as I don’t like playing with cheap players that need such adjjustements to have a chance.

My ruling stands.

Proceed by redoing the british turn.  It is the most -reasonable- solution for both parties.

This reminds me of the Packer/Seahawk Game.  Oh well, just deal with it noll, just ask after every single roll for the OOL, if they want this game to take forever, then so be it.

I see. Because the British have odds to WIN this battle. I’m going for broke. (This was not the case with the American battle, thus the different OOL.)

OOL is (first to last):

Both hits carrier, destroyer, cruiser, tac, fighter.

Also, any left over planes will be landed in Holland/Belgium. (Something else Noll, didn’t ask about so that he could have a shot at all 3 of them.)
