Well - Elrood (Seb) and Credulous (Mark) should have a PM showing that AetV (Kevin) has joined our little gang.

At the moment the idea is to play a game of the latest version of Balanced Mod. If anyone has a better idea then do shout out.

Shall I roll 4 dice and allocate as follows?

Highest - G&I
2nd - J
3rd - UK/UKP, China & US
Lowest - R, Anzac & F

If Leo comes back before we finish we can re-orientate the allies to squeeze him in.

Is that okay?

It i s fine, honestly. When my first eye was done in February , I found that having missed a few weeks of the game, I was totally oferwelmed when looking at the map. Global is too big and complicated amd tune out From it, proved too hard to return. My eyes are months away from being right. Not even sure I can go beak to work in a month! Is terrible.

How about a BM 3 CMF with a bid pott?

We select for each power a certain bid and when you roll the power, you will also have the
amount of the bid as a start up.

Or we select a bid pott size (i. e. 30 ipc) and if you are first you get to take out as much you think you need to a certain limit we choose.

Just a few random thoughts.

Also not sure what the bid pott idea actually means Kevin? Is this because BM3 is still not regarded as balanced?

CMF = Combat Move First

The pott for a bid was just an idea to make this game more individual for us alone.
No, the BM is pretty close to be balancing for G40 games.
Just my two cents.

I am ok with the highest is G & I and so on.

Thanks Kevin. That sort of invites me to get on with the original plan, but I will hold off for a couple of hours in case anyone wants to say otherwise.

CMF has been briefly discussed in a not very positive way in the past, so unless someone else expresses an opinion before I come back I will stick with the usual turn mechanics.

Personally I am happy to do anything, so if anyone has a preference they should speak up.
