Only the ones from south of Malaya couldn’t have made it anywhere. TripleA doesn’t take remaining movement points into account when taking plane casualties.
I’ll edit the planes to Shantung. If you’d like them elsewhere, feel free to edit on Italy’s or Germany’s move.
