If you take moscow & volgograd on your next G turn, & ITA takes EGY, the allies have until exactly when to take a VC back? is it until the following USA, UK turn after ITA takes EGY?

Once the axis get their last victory city the game ends at the start of that axis player’s next turn.
Ex. Italy gets the 8th city on turn 6. If the axis still hold those 8 cities at the start of Italy’s 7th turn the game is over. (So all of the allied players get a turn before the game ends).
