I have moved my planes from india to trans Jordan for a long time and no one has said any thing before. now some one said its not a legal move because I go over Iraqand its a neutral spot. its not neutral being a pro axis is it?

If you have not yet attacked Iraq, you may not move planes over it. So yes, you cannot move planes from India to TRJ without attacking Iraq first (at least in the same round)
