    I made a lot of mistakes in my game with S.A., so I am going to bed and hopefully will have my head on straight tomorrow as the allies.

    In G1, 6 Bri/Fre ships with defense of 19, rolled 1 hit. While Ger sank my fleets on round 1. This leaves Ger BB undamaged and protected by 2 subs. So I have to use all my planes to take it out and no chance of Taranto. In my game with D.A., my Brit Taranto lost a sub, DD and CR, which made the survivors an easy target, costing Axis just 1 unit. S.A. made same Taranto move against my Italy and only lost a sub. The dice are killing me.

    Scramble 2 Ita ftrs in sz97 against Brit 2 ftrs, TB, CV, CR, DD?

    I decided to gamble by spreading myself thin. Lately spreading thin in opening battles has turned out bad for me. Hope the dice are with me this time. Attacking Ger BB with just planes, so 2 subs can’t take hits for it.

    I didn’t post U.S. turn. Tthought it would show up with China or Brit but didn’t. Jpn move to Caroline threw me for a loop. Never see a big move like that. Had to analysis where to put U.S. ships and what to build so wouldn’t get sunk or lose Hawaii and could counterattack. Also puts Aust at risk. So had to plan defensive moves and builds instead of my usual ANZ moves. Also had to adjust Brit because of BM. Italy gets the bid instead of Brit, which makes my usual Tobruk attack questionable. Been playing G40 because D.A. & S.A. want to. Otherwise, I want to play BM3 from now on, like most league games. I like the revised and expanded N.O.s in BM vs G40.
