    Your odds are 98%. One question I have in situations like this (which I don’t expect you to answer until after I’ve committed) is whether it is worth stacking Moscow and making you commit all your air so that it is out of play in Western Europe for two turns or to retreat and keep the threat around. I tend towards the latter but its what I am debating right now.

    I think I figured out my own question and in any case committed to this action. But still interested in your thoughts on it. I just realized that unless I could definitively take a victory city in the West in the turn after you take Moscow because you had to pull your air east, there is not much point in leaving units in Moscow.
