    Please edit the correct purchased items back into the game file, change any ncm moves you you wish to and resend.

    Hello Sir, we have been accepting fogotten items to be edited (even after the country´s turn in the previous round in example), I think not accepting this is a change to the way we have been playing, so we might go back some rounds before, remove some edits, and continue from there and apply the same rule every time. There was no relation in this edit with combat result, it was just a forgotten item linked to NCM defense. I am not taking advantage of the combat result info, I am correcting a forgotten item like in other situations we have been doing during the game, it is all linked to NCM.

    I hope you reconsider your decision, this is not a fair way to win a game, I believe.

    I would have to loose a Carrier if not reconsidered by you as per this new file. I don´t see a reason to not accepting the previous one and having to continue from this one instead of following our current sporty way.

    Hello Juan, I have very much enjoyed our many games and you are quite the gentleman. We have granted each other “open leniency” when making NCM edits, which I do not have any issues with. This, edit and change of purchased items, in my opinion, is quite different. I don’t want to be unfair, however I don’t think we should allow edit’s and changes to the purchase phase of any games. You can certainly ask Gamerman to make a ruling on this if you feel I am being unjust and I will abide by any ruling he makes.     Hello Sir,

    You don´t have to accept anything outside the official rules if you don´t want to, any judge you ask would say that or would not be wise. Gamer or whoever you ask would say the same thing, even if you ask if the NCM edits we have been doing should be accepted by law, he would say NO, because nothing was pre-agreed between ourselves.

    I agree this is a different edit (technically), but not in essence, I am changing a move prior to your next move and only reconsidering my strategy with no external info (not taking advantage of dice knowledge, combat moves or others). In fact, I had thought about that airfield purchase, forgot, and realized I forgot when calculating the defense in NCM. It is very clear that I used no combat info for it.

    I posted both files, because decision is yours (I just asked for your reconsideration but left it on your own hands allready), it is just a game, you decide the value of your win between ourselves (It will score the same points in Gamer´s list)  :wink:

    Please go ahead with what you believe is correct and I will not argue regarding it again.

    PD: You know I would have accepted this edit from you, 100% sure, don´t you?

    • We agree to allow any ncm or troop placement edits prior to the immediate next adversary players turn. i.e. Germany prior to Russia or America prior to Italy etc…
    • Forgotten “walk-in” combat movements must be agreed to by your opponent. Agreeing to an opponents walk-in doesn’t necessarily require your opponent to grant future or reciprocal forgotten walk-ins.
    • All other edits are not allowed

    I think this is necessary. This is based on a number of games I had last year where editing was out of control.

    Yeah, I agree they are out of control many times, and think what you will state is fair. I don´t make such statements, because my option is accepting all of them from my opponent, because:

    1. I prefer making my opponents happy, it is better than making them frustrated, and this is a game, allthough we all prefer winning than loosing, but that is not so important in the end I believe.
    2. I definately want to win the best version of my opponent in the most sporty way possible (this is very important for me, much more than even winning the league, I need to know that if I won, it is because my strategy or dice was better in that game, but not because my opponent could not develop the desired strategy), currently, the most satisfactory win I had is vs a strong Tier 1 because of the level of this player, and because in that game I accepted all kind of changes including a low luck reroll (not launched by me later because I did not need it).

    However, asking for permission if the edits are not NCM edits is a good and necessary practice I think, and I stop players that apply other edits without asking for permission, because not asking is disrespectfull I believe.
