    Wow, staying even with Adam, that’s impressive. I can see the new rules help the Axis in possibly a couple of instances. However, my overall impression is consistent with yours: The Axis has the deck stacked against it.

    well he has taken all of Australia but he is probably just toying with me because I agreed to play him. I think we are around turn 10, 11, taking 9 VC in the Pacific is a lot, especially if you can stop the euro axis, or slow them down considerably. I think we are making nearly the same amount of IPC’s and maybe even in TUV…but I think Germany and ITA are stopped cold. just have to hold HAW & IND and wear him down.

    Maybe I am blind too.

    yeah, I am wondering if this version will take off, speaking to another player, this version takes even more thought and planning, which I like and hate at the same time, the other player, ksmcky, said it was just too much, took too much time, maybe he is right, I like the differences in the map here…

    I agree on the amount of thought required and new map. Overall, though, I like this PTV better than BM3 if playing the Allies or if the rules handicapping the Axis can be eased.

    I remember a very old v version of A&A required an axis bid, maybe we are going there with this? anyway, proceed with the ass kicking. My turn with the allies are next.

    On the Chinese-7 turn, neither non-Axis-occupied, non-coastal territory (Hunan and Szechwan) were occupied. Hunan spawned a Chinese infantry at the beginning of the CM but Szechwan did not. Is this program bug or is there is hidden rule that exempts Szechwan?
