Thanks JDOW. I had forgotten/overlooked the NO. Cannot see giving up 10 IPCs to gain 2. Please edit out the 2 Japanese infantry in FIC, put 2 Infs back in Siam, change FIC ownership to France, and add 8 IPCs to Japan’s bank account.
