    Good morning BSD, the best way in our case would be that you redo your US and UK turn if you changed your mind regarding the NC (neutral crush).

    2nd Option:
    You stick to the NC with outvome, without the Yugo attack.

    3rd Option:
    NC as is without Yugo and new targets for your Bmbrs and you roll it here.

    In case you need an official word from a Mod. beside the one from JDOW, you or me could contact Gamerman01 to leave a comment in here.

    Usually you write a question in the forum Q&A and an official is giving you an answer.
    Most of the time P@nther, Gammerman01 or Krieghund provide the answers.

    Here is the way i see it:
    1. Can planes fly over countries that I am at war with?  Yes
    2. Am I at war with Spain? Yes
    Therefore I can fly over Spain since I am at war with them.

    You don’t declare war on neutral countries.  Triple A is wrong about that.  Krieghund has made this very clear.

    You are not at war with Spain.  You attacked Spain and Yugoslavia at the same time.  At the time of the combat movement, Spain is still NEUTRAL.  When a territory was neutral at the start of your turn, as Spain and Yugoslavia were, you cannot fly over them except to attack them directly (with that particular air unit).  So planes cannot ever fly over Spain if Spain was not previously attacked by anyone, unless that aircraft itself is attacking Spain.
