Please note everyone that France loses 6 IPCs and UK will lose 4; this is because they are the two strongest nations. No one else suffers this penalty.

Also note I received 4IPCs for attacking and KILLING a unit from another power.
This is to encourage us to battle each other and not just the Neutrals(no 4 IPCs bonus).

I bought two Encampments, which I can place anywhere I already owned at the beginning of my turn. They produce units units up to the value of the territory.

A General is a mobile Encampment(IC). Again, they can only produce in a territory owned by you at the beginning of the turn.
You should use these. We all have one. And do not lose it, as it  can be captured!

Does everyone understand the navy units?
The unit charge is in the right hand corner of the map, by Russia.

A Cutter cannot transport a unit, otherwise all ships can carry one Marine.
Marines amphibiously attack at 3, not 2.
They are potent units.
Transports are called Barques and have a transport value of 3.
A Marine is 1. All another Inf are 2, as are Artillery.
Cavalry and the General are the full 3.

Also note that as of turn two, we can start building two more units(defensive): Mortella Tower and Fortress. They cannot move.
You can also build a Mortar on T2. They are 5 attack, 1 defence.
The last unit is the Napoleon figure(see Alexandria). They attack on 4 and defend on 3 and can move 3 spaces.
