@Running-Away Per page 22 of the rulebook, units of another power may be transported only if that power is friendly. Per page 12, the US is not considered to be either friend or enemy to any other power while it remains neutral. Therefore, the US cannot transport units belonging to any other power while it is neutral.

Since he said he just recieved his game, and the fact that he posted the video at midnight. I think there will be done big news rather today or Sunday. He may even give us a pic of the whole board. :)

If you click on the video it pauses. Thankfully, the 3D board mock-up from the rulebook preview misrepresented the piece sizes. The tanks aren’t grossly oversized and the airplanes are larger than feared. I like the wheels on the guns, they don’t go round and round of course, in fact, they aren’t perfectly round!
