Karl - don’t resign the league. You are a good player, you are just going through a rough patch. Guys like you and me can be very unlucky sometimes. Like I said, I endured a full year of ridiculously bad dice before. I mean RIDICULOUS.
Chin up - it’s not all about the dice. Sometimes you make a great move and the dice crush you anyway, like they just did you.

Ok, so JWW this game is yours to lose now. Basically I left the entire western front open to pull off the maneuver. If you knock me off Western Europe it may be the game. But lets see.

you can still do well in the league! start gunning for the top players, they are worth 3 points per win! you may not reach the league playoff, but you can score lots of cred by getting some quality wins.

wow. i didn’t expect this when I logged on today.
this game can be extremely frustrating! I have been playing here since 05-06 and have primarily used the in house dice but I must say it seems to me that the dice results on Triple A seem extreme! Maybe I am wrong but there seem to be, in my brief experience w/AAA, lots of 5’s & 6’s or just the opposite, ton’s of 1’s & 2’s.
I wonder if the program is set-up to achieve such results? defending ss’s hit so often it seems, IDK….the dice results seem to be extreme. Perhaps we should all move to low luck and take the dice out of equation??
On a personal note Karl, NEVER surrender! Never quit, what I have found in global is that when or if your opponent makes an error, meaning me fcuking up primarily, there is always a chance to pull even and/or perhaps win. I would bet that I will pull another completely moronic move and leave a capital completely unguarded again!

Ha! I never really left. I just had to go for run and shake it off. Listening to some of the other guys, I guess this must be my first time getting diced left and right as other have. Well, I survived. It’s brutal though to see games you think you can win suddenly run away – and not just one game, like 4 games simultaneously.
I am totally with you on the TrippleA dice results. Lone subs always hit!
Anyhow, the initiative has definitely passed to you know in this game. If you can wipe me off western Europe and/or sinke my fleet(s) I may concede. But lets see.
