Everytime I come back and look at the map, I see no plausible recovery.
The Americans could sink SZ6 and get one turn of convoy on Japan. That’s my best idea, but it wouldn’t really help me accomplish anything strategically. It would guarantee you’d keep a bunch of NOs and you could force me out any time you wanted.
I’m in no position to stop the Axis on either side of the map. :lol:

You’re welcome … you played this really well … most of my Allied games, I’ve relied heavily on China to keep Japan in check. That went right out the window … I normally don’t retreat the Soviet Pacific forces to Moscow, but I got spooked by the G1 mobile buy and thought I’d need every unit (which maybe I did?).
Do you have time for a rematch, flipped sides?
(can be low luck, pure luck, or pure luck with reroll system, whatever you prefer)

My moves might not so quick as I have already broken my promise to myself to play fewer games……I like luck and I like your re-roll system although I haven’t taken the time to wrap my head around the rules, I have a heard enough time remembering all the rules of this game! So I won’t employ it but I trust you and am happy to use it playing you as you can facilitate its use. So please get started whenever you would like.

Slow play is fine with me … I’m keeping busy with some World at War TripleA games (which are pretty fun … although I have no clue if it’s balanced).
I’ll get a thread started this afternoon and post a link when it’s ready for scramble.

ok, I guess. So far I am not sure how effective the bids have been for the Axis player. An extra sub in the Atlantic can make some difference and an extra man makes it that much easier to trigger Vichy.
