    Very very good game by GARL, was very tough for Japan resisting such pressure, I never saw something similar. Our mistake with the bombers in Romania arrived late. Rubioton took the hard work and now the glory during my holidays, but it would have been fair for GARL winning too.

    What is next? I guess we need play one more game to pass to the final or being definatelly eliminated. Is it right? Should it be Boldman?

    Actually, Garg and I saw you could’ve taken Egypt and held about 6 turns ago, but it would have required suicide runs by Italy and/or Japan.  It would have been dicey but doable.

    At some point we realized the only way to win was to crush Japan in time to save Cairo… no such luck, in fact if I recall USA had terrible luck against Japan.  Some real negative battles that just sucked the life out of the allies.  Very rarely do the dice favor the desperate. It’s like they smell it and turn all 5s and 6s on you.  :lol:

    I think our error here was the too much Russia in China. It was our plan, but we gave up Russia too easy.

    BTW, I’ll never play with LL rerolls again. Boy that fuc#ed us good. Good thinking on your part.

    If either you of you want a BM league game vs me, let me know. I’m all about the BM now.  Standard even with a bid of 20+ seems to still favor the Axis to some extent.  :-P

    I have no idea what this means re: the tournament other than we are dead.

    The red dragon strategy needs to be reviewed - but I believe it’s viable.

    I actually think not ENOUGH russia in Japan was possibly the problem.

    Or possibly, shifting to Europe too soon.

    The LL re rolls also screwed us, the strategy is dependent on forcing gambles.

    Hi guys, I returned now from holidays, my computer was broken during them and did not connect to the site.

    It was in fact a very interesting and surprising strategy on your side.
