In SZ37 for the second round of Japanese casualties I took the battleships over the fighters as I felt given you were only going to have three units left after that round you’d have preferred to maximise air. If you would rather swap them back then please do (i.e. remove two fighters from Malaya and add in two damaged battleships to SZ37). Also you may have preferred to retreat to Siam, but I thought you’d rather team up with some fodder in Malaya!).
That feels like a good turn for the Yanks.

Leo tells me that Seb says J1 works, allowing India to be captured J4?
I am not sure what the moves are, but does R units shoring up China get in the way? If not, then I did not see the possibility that I had. Is there a game on the Board I could look at?
I am drawn towards J1 and G1, or at least J2 and G2. The key being that they are co-ordinated. That would need a change of approach for G - strafe Yugo and retreat to the R front; strafe the Scottish sz and retreat when the UK BB is damaged; keep the G air force intact; no G fleet purchases; etc.
The sooner the axis are able to grab allied ipcs the better, even if that costs a few extra NOs in the short term. I guess I’ll be trying this until experience tells me that I am wrong!
