    How come Russia is not making NO money?

    24 production -3 convoy = 21. Then 4 NOs from originally pro axis territories owned by Russia +12 = 33.

    When I look at objective tab it does not show Russia having the NO from Iraq, tobruk, ethiopia, or somaliland.

    Just want to make sure I am not missing something before I just add +12 to Russia.

    Some thoughts.

    Maybe the convoy is subtracting NO money or has something to do with it. It works for all my other games, but not this one.

    you should get +3 for every original Axis/pro axis Europe territory…
