Rules question, do the Axis win if they control enough VCs at the end of a round or after a full round of play? E.g. if Japan captures Sydney this turn, do they win at the end of the French turn or at the end of J8?
I thought it was the latter but I was testing some stuff in local mode and it gave a message saying the Axis achieved victory at the end of the French turn.

Probably the two biggest battles of the game so far and just terrible frickin dice, its so annoying when this happens, china infantry went 22/44 on hits and I got below average roles and forced to retreat, big L.
