    @666 You aren’t allowed to load transports in the combat phase if they aren’t going to conduct an attack. If you choose to attack the sub in sz6, your transports will have to stay in sz6 and can’t load or unload after combat either.

    wow, can’t even load them and move, there has to be conduct?!? Damn, how many people are doing this correctly. That is a kick in the shorts and explains why you have so many subs…they are more useful than I realized! Let me know if what I am saying isn’t correct.

    I will be using more ss’s in the future for the allies…these subs will cripple Jpn movement going forward I see and trading DD for ss’s is a losing proposition and they take jpn $ away…I was wondering what you were doing with all these subs, never seen them employed in this fashion before…I will copy this strategy if you don’t mind…

    I thought, with a cruiser and a marine, that I had to engage the sub in combat or flee in combat mode and thus couldn’t load the marine in ncm…how is this different? sorry, I obviously still don’t get it.

    From a game with JDOW, below…am I understanding correctly that the caveat is IF I choose to attack the sub. If no attack takes place then my other loading unloading, combat or ncm movements are free as if the ss wasn’t there?

    Sir, just to clarify as this caused confusion in the past from time to time. In case you attack the sub in 101, the transports cannot do NCM and neither can they leave the sz during combat move phase. The warships can though and avoid the combat, but transports are only allowed to do combat moves in case they conduct an amphibious assault which is not possible from 101 in this turn.
