U can not go to war on USA 3, since U made an unprovoked attack against the Japs earlier, and I have not declared war to USA.

I think that the edit in Rd 1 caused the all confusion.
As for London issue, capturing London, gives Russia a chance to declare war on it`s turn, but not USA.

If London falls, USA may declare war on all Axis powers. Same for Russia. I was just lucky I did declare war with UK and ANZAC on round 1 :-)

As for Triple A(Notes) only London.
Russia cannot go to war against the Germans and Italians until the beginning of purchase units phase of Russia 4, unless of course they attack it first, or the Axis capture London.
Russia and Japan may declare war on each other at any time. When not at war, Russia may not enter China.If USA is not at war with Germany or Italy, USA may only move its units to sea zones touching USA territories and also Sea Zone 102.
If USA is not at war with Japan, USA may not move its units into sea zones touching Japanese controlled territories.
USA cannot go to war against the Axis until the beginning of PU collect phase of USA 3, unless of course an Axis power attacks it first.
Once at war, the Minor Factories in continental USA upgrade to Major Factories automatically for free, and may be used immediately. -

If U are right, I am pleading U to give me the option to replay Jap3 move, since I was unaware of that rule.

And we need to talk to the guys that do the triple a, so the other guys do not get confused.
P.S.
I think AA Global needs its own rulebook since it is hard to determine what is what. London is Europe, but Japan is Pacific.
I thought that the rules in Triple A are correct, and I ve read all those things triple a does not do, but U must follow, and it nowhere says abotu USA declaring war to Japan, after Germany takes UK.
In either case, by luck, or by wisdom, U made a good thing declaring war to Japan on rd 1.
The capturing of London gets more and more expensive for me.
I think U re right, and that I ll have to redo Jap 3 move, but let`s wait Gamerman for confirmation.

I opened the map in USA 2, and US could not declare war, so it obviously has nothing to do with the edits.

I just got online after taking a long nap after my root canal today or I would have been quicker on the draw….Amon you should not feel stupid - there are a lot of rules and this is only stated in one place, doesn’t come up very often, and is counter-intuitive.
There isn’t a COMPLETE rulebook that is only for the global game, but there is this section in the Europe book that is for global (which Kamikaze referred you to by citing page 37), and over-rides the rules of the theater games (like the NO’s and DOW conditions), so you might want to pore over this section again and make sure there’s nothing else.Kamikaze, I’m glad to see you are letting him redo it and for your sportsmanship, thank you
