I don’t know why but it seems the system does not allow me to place a complex at Kiangsu so i made an manual edit. Please let me know if there is rule that does not allow placing complex here.
It’s not luck, it is sloppy play by me. You can place a major in Korea. All other 2 and 3 ipc territories are considered Chinese original areas and only minors are allowed

Correction: obviously you can not place a major on a 2 ipc any way, but like I said Manchuria and kiangsu are considered chinese for this purpose and hence occupied

Hey, what do you mean by not too happy about naval vessels in sz 6? Do you mean you don’t like the existing map configuration?
I mean, obviously you can not have a major complex in kiangsu. Sure you can move it to Korea. Or change it into something else you like. But since I am done with my USA turn I have not calculated any new Japanese forces in sz 6. That’s all.
