You could brought all 5 figs + bomber in. those at Egypt were on the US carrier which could have brought them closer. What you actually did.
Well, so it goes. As I say, the battle calc gave you a very decisive victory even with all in. So, things turned out better than if we had gone all in I guess given you can never count on the dice helping you.

My thoughts: i think india was not the problem and you dient really play it offensive. I personally do not like to turtle with india. However your anti-german approach gave japan lots of freedom so it was just a matter of time until india falls.
I rather think the russians overstretched their capacities and operated quite spewy with their units. That allowed to set up for an almost 100% attack on moscow despite 16 or so allied air to supporr. I think if you keep russia safer by more conservative russian play the game would have stayed competitive.
I personally liked the neutral crush. Usually i think its bad if the 8 turkish fall into axis hands but i think it gave uk lots of power. Garg even got unlucks at argentinia. But morenimportant: spain allowed the usa to keep germans busy at minimal effort.
In general i found your strategy inspiring except the russian play. I think with some tweaks i might take this into my reservoir.
