    I am not sure what the rules are governing Germany’s units in E. Poland next turn. If German declares war, I assume–like naval units–some or all can move out E. Poland and attack other provinces of the Soviet Union. This is why I blocked in the Baltic States and Belarus. In the unlikely event, they must stay in E. Poland, then the Soviet units in the Baltic States and Belarus should be moved (NCM) to Bryansk.

    Hmm, I’m afraid your attack is not possible. You can’t attack only Italy if it’s in a country where Germany is too, you’ll have to declare war on Germany or not attack EP. So I’m going to ask you to edit out the attack on EP, or declare war on Ger.

    Also TripleA mishandles the Ger sub at Sz 125, you won’t get the lend lease even if Ger is not at war with Rus yet, so I’m going to have to ask you to edit out those 5 PU’s too.

    That attack was not working I guess. I remember gamer ruled once about the same incidence.
    Russia can declare war on the Germans. If they don’t they cannot attack EP. If they do, they attack all units.

    This is different in seazones. Japan e.g. can declare war on US or Anzac and ignoring one of those powers when at the same seazone with the other power.

    Thanks, you are correct. I checked the 2nd edition of the Pacific rules, and strangely there are different rules for attacking territories and sea zones with multinational forces.

    The rule regarding the Soviets’ bonus makes no sense (as Germany is not at war with the Soviets), but then there are several rules that don’t make sense.

    Agree on this. I think this should be handled like Japan and China. Any German unit on originally Russian territory should be considered as declaration of war.
