I hate to comment on good luck right after a turn, because I don’t like it when my opponent does, and the first thing I see is that he got lucky, but yeah. You said it.

Dice are dice – sometimes they can be fun to talk about (notice how I didn’t say fun to whine about, just fun to talk about :) ).
If you don’t like dice, then play chess. At least that’s what I do lol.
Had these battles been about boats and not infantry, it would have looked worse. So, that makes it interesting – which would be more important? Maybe it’s all relative…
