Apparently, the Axis won by capturing 8 of the 11 VCs in the European theater and holding them for one round. I thought I had to take London for the victory of which there was a 100% chance of doing but apparently this was not necessary.
Really had me scared with “the world against the Japanese” strategy.

I think I have to do the math with low luck. its a different way to play.
I would like to get used to low luck so I have that option for other players to use.
I might have to go slower though. my work is picking up. this weekend college students come in. I deliver pizza and there’s 3 colleges around here. I work until 2 am. and then I have to give my wife a ride to work at 5:30 am. then I have to pick my son up at 8:30 am. then I have a huge ebay account I am working on.

No problem with a slower pace. I am traveling this week (a family reunion of sorts nearly Albany, NY), so I cannot be as responsive as the last two games either.
The nice thing about low luck is that you can better gauge the likely outcome of battles than regular luck. There are still surprises but not as big as with regular luck.
