combat elsewhere,

I will also send gamerman this situation, so he can confirm or deny it.
I’m not sure how to handle this, if your move was illegal.

Personally, I’d say that you should repeat the whole turn (if I am indeed correct about this)

However, dawgoneit, relying on TripleA could get you into all kinds of problems with people in your games and I know you don’t want that.  If you haven’t already, you need to familiarize yourself with my list of rules in the rule book that Triple A does not observe or does not properly apply.
All league games are to be played by the rule book, not by what Triple A allows.

More clearly, “During your Combat Move phase in which you entered into a state of war, your transports that are already in sea zones that have just become hostile may be loaded in those sea zones (but not in any other hostile sea zones).”

I did see according to the history there was a DOW by Japan round 3 on ANZAC and UK.

So no, Japan apparently was not at war with ANZ/UK until J3 unless the history is wrong for some reason
