Just edit the territory ownership to Russia and then move inyes, this leads to problem. when amun did this vs me the engine did not grant NOs for UK/Anzac.

If Italy declares war, that’ll probably fix the neutrality issue. Though the NO worked fine here.

Changing political status via edit always causes this. And it’s easily explained.
When Germany declares war on Russia, that’s not the only thing that’s changed.
Russia also joins the Allies. That means, the political status between Russia and UK, Anzac, France, Dutch and Pro-Allied Neutrals changes too.
If you don’t declare war, but change the status via edit, the triggers don’t work. That’s why Russia has not joined the Allies officially.
You can and should edit these. -
