  • Guys - to answer a previous question about going into a SZ with a tranny and wanting to shore bombard…

    You can do one OR the other. It is assumed that if you want to attack the transport - ALL naval and air units are participating in that attack and no ships can shore bombard. On the other hand, if you completely ignore the tranny, then your capital ships can fire away as part of the landing.

    Note - this even includes subs - any unit attacking the tranny in the sz means ALL units attack it.
