    karl on your american turn, you attacked the submarine off india and didn’t ask me for a scramble - i would have of course scrambled my 3 tacs, which is why i placed the destroyer there.  didn’t notice until now.

    probably you just want to put your sub in 37 with the rest of your fleet.  but if you want to run the battle, go ahead and do it here on the dicey before you go with russia and edit the result.
