1) Submarine’s automatically do Convoy Raid Damage (as do Surface Warships) if they are in a convoy marker adjacent to an enemy territory, you do not need to do anything but park them there.
2) Germany is at war with Russia when they declare war, or Russia declares war. If you do not declare war on Round 4, then you would still qualify for the Objective.
3) If you attack a true neutral, all other true neutrals become pro-the other side as Bulgaria and Finland are pro-Axis initially. Attacking can be a wise move, or it can stab you in the back. You really have to make that determination yourself. (As with other pro-neutrals, if your opponent moves an infantry into Spain the round after you attack Turkey, all Spanish armies would join your enemy.)
4) No. It is Italy OR Germany, not both. Same with Caucasus, C. Persia and N. Persia.
