    I see. At first it seemed that Philippines can’t be taken, but then more answers came in.

    Apparently I should have been able to conquer Philippines? Which means I should have had 7 more IPCS available for this round.
    And you would have to reconquer Philippines or reduce your income by 2 PU for this round, correct?

    And of course i would not need to conquer Philippines again this round.

    Hm, I mean can’t you just repeat the Japanese turn with the exception of taking Philippines?
    And I would add 7 before the turn and also do the same moves. Combats are rolled already, we can use the same results.


  • I dont think I can do all my other battles if I am supposed to take it. I wont get to this now anyway. I am interested in getting this sorted out fairly so we can also sees advise from @gamerman01 and take it from there


  • Oh, this is the double destroyer game and I gave an incorrect answer at first.

    It looks like it’s too early for me to get involved - let me know if you can’t come to an agreement that you are both fine with. Until then, I won’t dive in.


  • How about this:

    Initially i would have attacked Philips because of the +7 for usa and +2 for japan. I would probably have left one of the other smal batles behind. I dont think I have enough resources to do everything. And starting to mess around with rerolls and leave some battles as is seems complicated.

    I thik we go with no Philips attack and give you +7. That means you just adjust your buy THIS past round with +7 for Japan, just place the extra units/edit your entre buy if you like on USA east or West Coast. In addition take -2 away for Japan. I have saved money both last two rounds so it does not make a difference. You need to save your tranny this round then.
