    This map should be correct.

    J started turn with 5 trans in SZ7.
    1 took an arty to SZ4 & Soviet Far east.
    1 took an Inf and AA from Japan and another took an AA from Japan to Hawaii.
    The fourth tran picked up 2 inf from Midway and brought them to Hawaii.
    The fifth transported the last inf and last arty from Japan to SZ 32 and with 2 bombers from Japan attacked Wake.
