I noticed that you put an ANZAC destroyer in Caroline Islands and I thought you might be assuming that that would block the loading of transports. It actually doesn’t effect the country that declares war on the turn that war is declared. So in any sea zone that becomes contested as a result of a country declaring war, that country is still allowed to load transports.
The rules cover this on page 12 in the Declaring War box: “Once a state of war is entered into, all territories and sea zones controlled by or containing units belonging to the power or powers on which you declared war instantly become hostile to your units, and the normal restrictions of moving into or through hostile spaces apply, with one exception. During your Combat Move phase in which you entered into a state of war, your transports that are already in sea zones that have just become hostile may be loaded in those sea zones (but not in other hostile sea zones). In effect, transports may be loaded in their initial sea zones for amphibious assaults before war is declared, while the sea zone is still friendly.”
An allied tactic is sometimes to move UK naval into sea zones with Japanese transports and then have ANZAC declare war after. Because it wasn’t Japan that declared war, when it comes to its turn it is already at war and therefore cannot load transports. This is why I kept the transports loaded that were closer to the UK and wasn’t worried about the Caroline Islands.
Anyway, I thought I would give you a heads up in case you misunderstood that and would want to edit your ANZAC NCMs. Of course, I might be misunderstanding what your intentions are here too.

So I just made a rule breaking error there. The air that hit Malaya couldn’t reach. Usually I expect triple A to catch these mistakes in the combat move but for some reason it didn’t here. Two options to fix this. 1) Leave it is as and I lose the air. 2) We redo the attack on Malaya but I leave the air in Kwangsi. I’m really fine with whatever and as I made the mistake you get to decide on an appropriate and correction.

Let’s just leave it as is. I don’t like re-rolling stuff, as that could skew it wildly in either direction from what happened the first time. It is true that TripleA usually catches it, but it also assumes that you can move a carrier into place.
