What bidding rules do you propose?

You reply with your bid. i.e……we will take the axis +10 or allies +10 and then we would counter…we would take the axis +9 or allies +9 etc. until on side says you got it. then you would or we would tell you our placement of IPC’s. 3 Brit inf in IND or ger arm & inf in WGR or Anzac gets 9 IPC’s etc…and then we would begin.

I’ll leave the bidding to my teams more experienced players, JWW and Canuck12. Who’s setting up the game and does everyone have v3.1 of the Global map and v1.6.1.1 the game engine? this is the newest and backwards compatible version. also we’ll need all emails. Mine’s Dicetruction@gmail.com

this is a minor problem with bidding down.

the first bid could be unrealistically high. but just because your opponent bid high you do not have to decrease the bid by 1, you could of bid +10 after they bid +100.

i think bidding up makes more sense, and keeps the bids lower, which i think is a good thing.

you probably should have just started your bidding with allies +ipc, as most agree that the axis are favoured, but you never know your opponents might just let you take the axis +ipc.

I wasn’t aware of this. Is this the consensus? I thought I read somewhere where the allies had an advantage?!?
Anyways, there really isn’t a difference, imho of bidding up or down. you should reach the same point.

With that said, we will take the axis with no bid - zero
