No, you cannot get into or out of SZ 100 unless you own Turkey, but Russia and Germany can build directly into SZ 100. (Germany would need a complex in Romania or something first.)

If Japan declares war on Russia, Russia gets a one time bonus of 12 IPC.
If Russia declares war on Japan, Japan gets a one time bonus of 12 IPC.

Russia naturally collects 37 IPC a round.

Oh, to clarify, it only applies to the victem of the FIRST war declaration.  If Japan declares war on Russia, then Japan will never get the 12 IPCs for violating the neutrality agreement.  And vice-versa.

You cannot get the NO if you take FIC.  I’ll move your FIC guys up to Kwangsi and drop 2 IPC from your purchase so you can have the NO.  (Or move them back to Siam if there are not 2 guys there.)

Unless you have an issue with that.

I’ve deleted frances ipc’s as germany took them.

Fuzzy square = kamikazee tokens (scramble to the defense of your ships in Okinawa, Japan, once used they are gone, hit on a 2)
Black ships = convoy zones
Wall means China cannot leave China, Burma and Hong Kong.
