  • i think in BM for axis to win against a good player like yourself, having a strong Italy that is active in the med is a must. i don’t believe it’s possible for the axis to overcome the allies economically otherwise, and against a good player who plays a careful russia while knowing how to maximize pressure on the other end of europe, i don’t believe germany can take out moscow. italy is needed to keep the allies more engaged in the med, north africa, egypt, and the middle east.

    Yeah in BM Italy needs to pull its own weight at least. You did come closer to Moscow than anyone else in a BM game vs me though.
