I noticed that you for the Soviet-3 turn, you edited the production after the combat turn. This is the second such edit, and (after your first such edit) I also changed my production once. I am willing to grant your second production change, if I can have a second myself. After that, I propose we need to agree on late changes to production (i.e., the opponent needs to agree to the edit).
i didn’t ask simply because no dice were rolled. i decided to change it before my turn was complete, and rather than redo the whole turn just to change the purchase (which you wouldn’t even be aware of the redo since again no dice were rolled), i decided to save myself some time. so whenever no dice are rolled, you’re free to change the purchase without asking for permission (as again, it would be the same thing as just re-doing the whole turn without your opponent even knowing). in such cases, the change of purchase is equivalent to a noncombat change.
that being said, what purchase change do you wish you to make? as long as you can honestly say the change wasn’t influenced by a combat result (dice roll), then i’m totally ok with it
