    Tried to fly Chinese fighter 2 spaces to SZ 19 to take out the 2 Japanese transports, but the program will not allow. Is there some obscure rule that prohibits this or is there a bug in the program? In fact, the fighter is not allowed fly to Kweichow or any coastal province.
