You attacked Japanese troops in Yunnan and Kiangsi, so the UK must have declared war on the Japanese.Therefore, SZ 36 is a hostile SZ that UK naval units may not enter on a NCM. If the Uk had not declared war on the Japanese, then the DD could have moved to SZ 36 because a state of hostility would not exist.
