    I am sure they can land in London. I am pretty sure they can still scramble, though this is the first time I relied on that fact for defense.

    The rules say
    “If you capture an air base or naval base, you can’t use the added flight or sea movement or receive repairs until your next turn”

    I don’t know if they mean scrambling in that or not, so we should wait for Krieghund I suppose.
