Mongolian rules changed a fair bit. minor to major factory in Berlin scramble rules became logical (1st ed: no scramble from coasts e.g. London but unlimited from islands) UK units added to starting units (converted from French units). Don’t know why. Ukraine minor factory addedPlaying Global 1940

Latest ruleset is 1940 2nd. Edition with the addition of a FAQ.
