    Turkey is looking pretty good isn’t it! That was good victory. France and Italy won’t be able to afford to build much navy. UK would have to build from UK. The USA is your threat, but you can see them or the UK coming from miles off.

    Your biggest need is art to kill off Serbia while it is not being reinforced.
